A twisted dual coil should be calculated like a dual parallel, aka a quad coil, 4 positive and 4 negative termination points so will be lower in ohms by about 1/2 to 1/3 a standard coil of the same wire gauge. Twisted wire when twisted properly tight should produce about 1/3 more vapor and about twice the flavor of a standard coil, the heated wire pulls more liquid into the spaces and valleys of the wire giving more surface area to liquid contact beyond just coil to wick contact. I've used twisted wire for a while now, though I am a flavor chaser, so get the popping flavor I want from it, clouding depends on my mood what type of clouding coil I'll build. Were you looking for specific pointers or what??
