...it's the best vape experience I've had to date! I still like my other devices, they all have their uses, but I'm getting the best vape on the eVic. I love that it recognises what I screw onto it and changes the settings for me. I just have to tweak them if I want a little more *oomph*, or a little less. It takes every tank/carto/clearo I have. (except the 808s, but no big deal there) I thought I would be confused and take a long time to learn it, but I've found it very intuitive. I'm glad I didn't listen to the nay-sayers, which was pretty much everyone I talked to.

The eVic is a great little device, no doubt about that in my mind :)
Mine is currently in backup mode though, as I recently decided to get a ProVari. But the eVic didn't let me down once, in the 3 months I used it as my daily driver.

i also love my evic, have had it since mid feb. I am thinking of getting a provari as well, the evic is great device, but i want a backup that is more rugged.
the ICR 18650 bats that come with the evic work on the provari, with a magnet top ? i know they don't recomend this, but i would like to keep my battery arsenal to a minimum.

Glad you're loving your eVic, I love mine as well. I'm thinking about getting another since I've currently got no back up.

No back-up? That's not good. You could always buy another battery and external charger, that way you have a back-up battery at hand. Before I started rapidly adding to my collection, I used (and still have) an 1100mAh twist as back-up. It's cheap and lasts plenty long while the other is charging.

I've spent my fun money until my birthday in 2014. At that point I plan to get a ProVari, unless something else with the reputation and quality comes along, but I'm doubting it will. At this point I'm just in maintenance mode for the next 9.5 months.

I haven't tried, and quite frankly, with a device as expensive as the ProVari (if you think it's expensive over there, try one of the European resellers :p), I'm not gonna gamble with it and use anything but the recommended batteries :D

You should get a replacement head for it. I got one recently in a CoOp for about 40 bucks delivered.
