Two Different Mods - Same Juice In Both - Both Hit Differently

So I filled my Atlantis Tank with 3mg juice. A while back I put the tank on a PV and the juice hit somewhat harsh and I remember the juice burning my throat, similarly to having a high nic level. Today I throw the same tank/juice onto my new mech-mod and the juice is smooth and perfect.

What gives? I'll have to switch the tank back to my PV and see if it's still harsh.

I always run between 15w-30w, only, on .5 sub-ohm coils

The tank/juice in question did sit dormant for a few days, could that have anything to do with it? Maybe it needed to condense a little after buying it?

Mech mods almost always have some voltage drop. However, lowering the power on the regulated mod should do the trick. What regulated mod do you have?
