Awesome. Glad to have ya. I had to quote myself from another post. Think it may help you as well in your quit stage.

Heres a heads up. Whatever you do dont go back. Your invested in this and as you found its a lot better in every way. Just keep in mind you will have some hard times when it comes to cravings, getting irritable, and just finding yourself mad at things or people for no real good reason. It comes and goes. Its the cigs wanting you back. Keep your head up and fight it. You will win. Took me 3 weeks to forget cigs but it still kicks back every now and then. Its been 4 months for me now. When I want one now its more less irritability and anger. But its having less effect as time goes on. I have to keep slapping myself from time to time. Is this a dream? Did I really quit? Its amazing and I am so proud of myself. Good luck. U can do it for sure, and its easy once u look back on it.

Dont feel bad if u have a rant or two on the forums. I did a few times and found that 99.9% of us get it. Lots of support here. We want to help and see u better yourself. Same goes for anyone with a cig.

Thanks, everyone! I'm so happy that I found these forums. The information here and the vendors here have helped me through it. I'm spending a bit more as start up, but in the end it's still going to be less money spent and better health for me. Good luck to everyone else that's making the switch. It's a lot easier than you think, and if you can't get off analogs then bump up your nic level in that juice. :p

I'm so excited about this. I've even been around smokers indoors while drinking beers and I still haven't had the urge to have one. All thanks to the world of vaping.

I too am hoping for the same results, I haven't even received my kit yet, so right now I'm like a kid waiting for Christmas day

Congratulations loldude!

I'm still amazed myself at what vaping has done to my previous 22-year analog deathsticks habit... Not killed it, just made it irrelevant. I hope you go on enjoying vaping :vapor: - and if you do smoke an analog or two, well, that's better than smoking 20 right? Not something to lose sleep over.

Somehow vaping, the enjoyment of it, the attitude displayed by people on this forum, cuts through a lot of the nonsense we're told to believe about "giving up" smoking. I don't feel I've "given up" - I've just moved onto something better. And it's been a strange and wonderful experience, but not the life-or-death struggle of Virtue against Vice that I always thought not smoking cigarettes would (should?) be.

I like going outside to join the smokers, getting chatting and telling them how much I enjoyed smoking cigarettes, like they do; but now I've found something I enjoy more!

That's the thing. I enjoy vaping more! Almost too much more. It's almost been a full month since I've had an analog. I don't feel the need for one at all. Plus with my little ego with this Vision Ego clearomizer (stardust) on it, I can go outside to use it around the smokers and they wonder what it is. It's a great conversation starter and it makes it easier to still meet those smokers and have wonderful conversations. I might even be converting a few smokers without knowing it. They might be going home and looking it up and end up here. To me, this forum should be step one for everyone. I'm one of the unfortunate ones that overpaid for a crappy rn4081 at the mall. D: Lesson learned I guess.
