1. I have read all the posts about people feeling weird on different solutions, etc., but nothing about people feeling weird with different systems. I have had my pen style system for about a month and never felt weird on any of the juices i tried. Then got the Joye Ego, was good for a couple days and then got sick, probably just a stomach bug, but i seem to feel better with the other system -- is that nuts?? I sometimes get a real tinny taste with the ego.

2. Wondering if maybe i should switch to cartomizers in the joye ego. Looking at them on the Liberty Flights website, well, i guess i dont understand. I have the Joye Ego with the tank system, 900 mAh. The cartomizer looks like it would fit where the tank would normally go. But i thought cartomizers were supposed to replace the atomizer part of the gadget? Do you leave the regular atomizer on while using a cartomizer?

Sorry for the dumb questions, confused!

1. Some people do not like the flavor with tanks.

2. The cartomizer replaces both the atomizer and cart or tank

Boge are most popular. I can get 10 days use out of a Boge w/ thin clear juices. I use juices that are mostly PG with 20% or less VG. I avoid juices that seem to drop a lot of flavoring sediment in the stuffing (ruins the drag and shortens the life of the carto)

The Boge 510 3 ohm cartos are slightly warm with nice flavor, the Boge 510 2 ohm cartos are hotter with more hit. Learn to use Boge and then experiment with more exotic cartos.

-----
I use an unbent paper clip stuck about 2/3 to 3/4 the way into the mout hole, poke it against the inenr wall fo the mouth hole and pry out the end cap without catching any stuffing or wire. Later I replace that with a simple delrin or plastic 510 drip tip (not to drip into! just an an easy to remove mouthpiece)

When I fill the first time (and whenever adding a lot of juice) I hold tissue against the threaded end hole of the carto. Tilt and drip in 18 drops slowly (wait after the first few which may take longer to soak in). Then I wait 15-20 seconds. Then I see how many more drops the stuffing will soak in easily. Then I do cleanup of the threads, then tilt open end down into a tissue and puff into the threaded end hole to make sure the air channel is clear, then while still pointed down I touch soft tissue to the top of the stuffing to sop up any excess (helps prevent leaks). Then to settle it I let it lay on different sides for 15-20 minutes to spread the juice to every area of the carto. 15-20 minutes is more than enough settling with the thin juices I use. Only the first fill needs some settling time (to make sure every bit of stuffing is damp).

As I vape, I keep it damp. If the vapor seems light or dry or tastes even a tiny bit off or if the carto is getting abnormally warm, I see if it could use some juice. And you can also check the top of the stuffing - if it has gone white you could probably add a bit of juice before heading out or putting a new battery on it etc.

I use thin juices, PG w/ 20% or less VG and a couple of Vapor4Life WOW juices. If I get a juice that drops a lot of flavoring sediment, I find a different juice.

Making sure I understand......this would replace the atomizer and Tank of my Ego-T type B, is that right?

Drip tip is........?

In reply, if it is not too much trouble, in addition to posting, could someone post it on my wall or in pm so I dont lose it?

I am liking the tanks, but seem to have occasional issues. As far as the liquid doormouse speaks of, clear......is that flavorless or do you have a preferance of vendors and flavours for this?

Regular is an allaround usable atty or cartomizer OHM. LR=low resistance- for atties or cartos, some folks don't like to use under 2.0 OHM LR's on basic eGo batts.

There's a good Google search at the top of these pages............^^^^^^

Got it. Based on personal experiences, what are preferences that ya'll have?
