Evenin', I have two important questions to figure out before my next juice order; throat hit is paramount to me, above all else.

1) Do tobacco juices intrinsically have more TH than non-tobacco juices? Does tobacco flavoring itself impact the force or feeling of the TH?

2) What will be the difference in TH between an 18mg and a 16mg juice? I am used to an 18mg that has my perfect TH preference, but the vendor I am eying offers 16mg; will the difference be noticeable? Large?

1. In my opinion its more the atomizer / cartomizer / battery / PV / so many combos that determine TH .. as well as PG / VG content and Nic content will all determine TH as well as Volts being vaped at and Ohms....

its really not as simple as we would like it to be lol sorry :(

2. honestly a 16 and 18mg difference would prolly not be anyting noticeable really 2mg's is a pretty SMALL ammount in the grand scheme of things.. but say a 24 to 18mg difference could be noticed by experenced vapors ..

If your only concern is the difference between 16 and 18 id say your bigger concern would be would your nicoteen habit be acceptable of a 16mg nic instead of 18..

Its you nic habit only YOU can decide whats right for you but as far as TH difference between the 2.. I honestly do not feel theres a difference thats even slightly noticeable at that variable level.. :D

Hope ive helped !!!!! :D:D:D:D

Short answers --

- tobacco flavored juices do not intrinsically hit harder than non-tobaccos.
- there isn't much difference between 16mg and 18mg, TH-wise. There *is* a big difference between 12mg and 18mg and 18mg and 24mg.
- the suggestion here is to go for the 16mg. it's easy enough to bump that nic up a little and not lose flavor if the TH doesn't completely satisfy.

good luck

I don't notice any difference in 16 and 18. When I vape a new juice straight at 24 before diluting it down with lower nic juices I use to blend with, I really don't notice a difference in TH but I get a buzz off it really quickly.

Still haven't figured out why I can vape 18mg all day long heavily but a few toots at just .6% higher will make me have to sit down. Even can get a mild buzz at 20mg if I vape moderately.

Thanks everybody for the good info!

That is nice to know about the dual-coils... my standard rig is a KGO using 1.7 single coil in the 3ml tank; I will have to try the dualies.

I am not concerned so much about nic fits, as I can just vape more (which is fine by me!), but if the TH were significantly lower than I need I would be left unfilled regardless of nic content.

No, I don't believe that tobacco flavors intrinsically have more TH than non tobacco flavors ... The prime factors involved in a solid TH is juice base PG vs VG, and nicotine levels .... I also think that the PV (ie carto/atty ohm and battery voltage) you use plays a role in TH as well.

That being said ... certain flavoring doing play toward TH , such as Menthol, Cinnamon, and Pepper.
