Yes, I feel the same. Although, I can't lie. I do have a smoke now and then, and MAN does it stink!!! And tastes really icky.
The only reason I do is because I've been having issues with my e-cigs, and flavors. But now I think I just need a tabaco flavor for the morning, that's the time I grave for a real cig the most. But Honestly, it really doesn't bother me AT ALL not to have a real smoke, and I have been smoking for 40 years. (and you won't believe how old I am) That My friends, is a GOOD thing!!!!!
No more weezing at night. No more coughing and waking my husband up!!!!!!

Yep, I'm sleeping a lot better and able to crash an hour earlier. Also getting back into the habbit of using the gym as well, just did another half hour on an Elliptical today and have started buying lots of fruits and veggies again. My eyes look more wide awake all day long and the day at work goes by faster. I feel a lot less tense as well. I finally feel like I have the energy to exercise and get outdoors again.

Wow, these are the same things I am seeing! I thought I was imagining it. I sleep so much better ( I used to wake up 2-3 times a night) and the work day does go so much faster. I also would love to start running to get into shape. I have always liked to run but smoking has kept me from doing this because I couldn't breath. I wish I knew how long it would take to get enough lung function back to not run out of breath so fast.

The sooner you start running the better your lung function will improve but I'll tell you what, its been two weeks for me and its night and day!working out was a big part of my life at one point. I quit smoking after 6 years in "01"to perform better, but returned when my industry off a cliff in "08" due to stress. My energy and appetite plummeted so out went the gym. I really missed my me time and benefits from the gym. Now I'm off the butts and heading back to the gym!!
