Types of Members?

I've noticed lots of different types of memberships under members' names in the posts - Full Member, Verified Member, Super Member, ECF Veteran, PV Master, Senior Member, Ultra Member. I know what Sustaining Member means but what about all these others? Does ECF assign these titles? Based on what criteria? Just curious. Does anyone know?

Mostly based on post count, I believe. The one exception I know about is Verified Member. I just went through the process. It's a process to verify that a member can be trusted to buy and sell in the classified section. Some others may have some other significance that I have no knowledge of.

ECF Veteran is gained after 1 year.

0-9 posts - Member
10-149 - Full Member
150-299 - Senior Member
300-999 - Super Member
1000-2999 - Ultra Member
3000-9999 - PV Master
10000 - 19999 ECF Guru
20000 - 29999 Double Guru
30000 - 39999 Triple Guru
40000 - 49999 Quad Guru
50000 - ? Ascended to a Higher Plane

Supporting members can also change their status to anything they want, within reason of course.

Seriously though, there are also those special ones that denote extra things. The Folding at home project, Verified and Supporting Member are three that I know of. If you click on those, it will take to a place that tells you about those titles and how to get them.

Verified is a process you go through to verify your existence as a real person to be able to use the classifieds.
Supporting member is when you pay the annual dues of I think $24.00
