Ahah, that is such a cheesy opening for that kind of show in my opinion. I wonder how much research they actually did before creating that segment. 150$? That automatically would be too discouraging to most people to try when really you can find kits of the Joye 510, one of the best e-cigs in my opinion, for as little as 35$! They should have also mentioned the ability to ween yourself off nicotine with the optional nicotine levels in this hundreds of different liquids available. They also describe it as being 'water vapor,' which it is well known water content is significantly less than the propylene/vegetable glycol liquid contained in the e-liquids. Still, it was nice to see information about E-Cigarettes televised and supported by these supposed 'dcotors' as opposed to the normal criticism they receive.

The first time I saw them showing e-cigs the female doctor acted all disgusted and didn't even want to use it. In this one she actually tried it. All in all I think it was a good segment since it was all positive. The more people that see this kind of "approval," the better. The only thing that hurts is that they are touting it as a "smoking cessation" device instead of an alternative to tobacco.
