First of all, I didn't look at any reviews, so I'm a dummy for that. I got it because it looked like a nice dripper with lots of build options for me to grow with. Also a lot of people on here recommend them highly..
after getting it, I was not happy with the vape. I looked online for some build videos to see if I was doing something wrong... Most build videos are accompanied with a review...
alot of reviewers complained about the build platform. Though I have limited experience with build platforms (KFL+ clone, fogger v3, octopus RDA, and pro tank heads) I didn't find it as daunting as many reviewers did. It defiantly takes some technique though. Maybe I'll post a video one of these days! Using 28ga kanthal, I did a build in about 20 minutes, just coils, no wick.
im not a cloud chaser, I don't have a mech, and I'm a mouth to throat vaper. This is definitely the wrong atty for me!!
the draw is wide open even in the smallest setting. It is designed for big lung hits!

ive got a trident clone in the mail for about the same cost as the w3. I did watch the reviews this time! The trident seems like it will be much more my speed.ill keep the w3 around for when I do get a mech and chase clouds... I'm sure I will get there!

hth someone

I did some micro coils with 32 GA kanthal. I don't remember what ohms, but it was on my apv (SiD). It put out the vapor for sure, but it was like drinking from a fire hydrant: wide open draw even on the smallest setting.

I did say I didn't do my research on it. I never said it was a "bad" atty, just that it wasn't for me, and it probably shouldn't be the goto for all people looking to get into rdas..
As the thread title indicates it's all imo. I wanted to put my thoughts out there.
It's not a bad atty, just not intended for what I was looking for. That is my fault, but others come here for advice on attys, and I think this one should only be recommended to cloud chasers. I was hoping for a more versatile device, which I hope the trident will be.
Thanks for the comments!

I done the same, just jumped on it, and i got the ud igo W3 and around the base it has four huge air flow holes, some I think (not the ud) have only two, I wish I had gotten that one instead. It has great air flow but it's alot, so I do not use it alot. My omega, trident, patriot and even my old igo L get more use lol and quad builds always hang and have a short or something with me. I can't figure it out. Worked once but then they were unevenly firing so it's a process and a half to learn for sure.
