Ugh, just my luck!

So I just received my empiremods order. it is the "eGo Passthrough Starter Kit" Came with a fee gift of an awesome drip tip, love it. Anyway.. I put the atty on slid the drip shield on and stick the drip tip in. test it out, heard the atty fire up, perfect! I can't wait til my juice comes in the mail tomorrow!!! So, I decided to pack it back up until i get my juice in tomorrow, so I pull the drip tip off and put it away, I go to slide the drip shield off and all of a sudden the entire top of the ego battery rips off, breaking two wires. I didn't even pull that hard.

I don't believe i could solder it, pretty tiny wires. but damn, just my luck. lol ...

Wow! Bad luck! But that shouldn't happen? Do you have a backup? Contact your vendor and see if they can replace it.

So I talked with empiremods. I have to say, they are awesome over there. They told me to throw away the broken one and they will ship out a new one tomorrow. Amazing customer service.

Wow that sounds like one bad battery. Glad that they are replacing it

I actually dont have a backup. lol this was my very first ego kit. im still waiting for my vmax to arrive as well.
