UGH ! so hard to order! Different Addy's ?

I just joined this Great Group of All of you who truly support one another .
I love All the info, all share here. It is a small challenge to understand all , but the support here, is unbelievable.
I have 2 homes and have tried at least 8 brands to purchase. [ That members personally mentioned ]
Everyone would only allow me to put in my CC card and only the option of
ordering and using my PA home Addy , not where I am currently now and would like the shipping to go to.
YES , I , guess I must phone call, be put on Hold to talk to someone who I do not understand.

I have never shopped where I could not put in the sending Addy and also a separate form for the CC info .
Very frustrating as I have spend the last two weeks , captivated by this board and trying to learn .
Is there a reason WHY or am I just and missing something ? I have always been able to use shipping Addy and separate Billing Addy. UGH , who would have ever thought , trying to spend $$ would be so hard

I believe they do this to prevent fraud, i.e. people who have stolen a person's identity.

Not sure of which suppliers allow you to enter a different shipping address than billing address. Just keep looking, I'm sure they're out there!

if I remember correctly, both cignot and madvapes allow you to have a different billing address and shipping address.. I'm not a 100% certain on this since they are the same for me, but I think so at least.

Your best bet would be to get yourself a Visa giftcard (you can buy them at the Stop and shop grocery store here on the east coast) and use that to purchase. I don't think they require a billing address.. it might be worth a shot?

Yes, this is done to prevent fraud and probably varies depending on what credit card processing company the merchant is using (and/or what their bank tells them they have to do).

Yes, call them. The vendors here are in general really great and want you happy. After all, you could be sending PV stuff as a gift to someone else.
