You guys need to start taking vitamin C. 500 mgs in the morning and 500 at night. Don't bother with time released. Not as good.

Just bought some today, and B Complex. It was recommended to me by my doctor. Also tried that neti pot sinus rinse thing. Always avoided it before, cause... well, ewwww. It works though! I'm feeling much better this afternoon, so much better that it's going to be FSUSA order day & taco night to celebrate.

I'm feeling better too, though I can only credit the lack of smoking for my speedy recovery. Hopefully the french toast is in the mailbox tomorrow!

We got our order in today. Sooo glad to have vanilla tahity again. Letting my oba oba steep.

I am feeling rough tonight. Took my last pill today and I am hoping it will be enough.

Me too! I have been sick all week. I feel better today but just drained, no energy and want to sleep around the clock. I have been trying to reduce my nic and am really wondering if that is playing a part in my exhaustion. I think that I am just going to stay at 24 mg for awhile. I just vape so much more at 18 mgs that it probably works out about the same.

I have felt that way all day too. I think it has a part to do with the weather changing.

I just got our new order with with the mgs up to 8 instead of 6 I think it will work well for me.
