Source: Federal Register /Vol. 75, No. 229
On November 30, 2010, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) published a final rule in the Federal Register to amend certain of its general regulations, for example labeling and penalty provisions, to include tobacco products, where appropriate, in light of FDAs authority to regulate these products under the Family Smoking Prevention and tobacco Control Act (Tobacco Control Act).
