Vegan jerky Hmmmmmm, well ok I'm game LOL . Just no collard greens hahaha

Yeah collards greens aren't my favorite either. Vegan jerky is yummy. That's the great thing about not eating meat in this era. Just as we can simulate smoking without the smoke and cancer causing agents, we can now stimulate meats without the fats and hormones. Tonight I am making general tao's "not chicken" for dinner then I will smoke my "not cigarette" after! If only they came up with a good fake sugar I would have it sooo made. All fake sugars suck IMO.

Yes I have tried it and also agave syrup. I think my addictive nature craves good old fashion insulin resistance building sugar...... It doesn't help that my husband has a weird habit of stashing candy all over the house. He doesn't even eat it, he just hides it in case he wants it later (which he never does) or the kids or I express some desire for a treat and he can be all "ta da" candy! Of course I have to hunt for it.........how could I not????

Once you stop eatting "real" sugar..you do lose your taste for it, at least I did, now it's Toooo sweet.
When they first started talking about Stevia, I found it was banned! So 60's child that I am, I bought some plants and raisd my own. Ladies..it doesn't work when you grind your own dried Stevia, can we say crunchy? LOL!
But it was nice to add to tea along with some fresh mint.

Nope, not scared off. Recovering from a migraine so had a hot date with rigor mortis, plus I work nights.

As an extreme animal lover and vegetarian, I'm against hunting and farm-raised meat, but I guess we're going to have to agree to disagree on that. Appreciate the welcome, though.

Do y'all find that if you vape a higher mg juice than usual you find yourself posting like crazy? It's like I suddenly have e-Tourette's or something. Gotta stay away from that 36mg stuff.

Ugh, I get migraines too. They are the worst. Yes I do find myself vaping and then posting, I sometimes wonder if I am more addicted to the nicotine or ECF. Hey we have a veggie vapors group on here, you should join the group.

Ok I have to add one more thing to this thread in regards to eating meat. This movie here is what convinced my son and husband to join me in veganism. It is free to watch online and is the most in depth look at animal rights I have had the privileged to peek at. I say peek at because it is very difficult to watch the whole way through. I invite anyone who is curious about how making a change to view it WITH THIS WARNING: this will haunt you, you will cry, you will not want to eat meat ever again, it is graphic and not suitable for children. However, it's the truth about how animals are treated in our world so the choice is yours.

Glow please keep in mind too, that the meat a hunter harvests has never been confined, never been mistreated by man and is free of hormones and other chemicals that man would inflict.
My family were family farmers. The animals were first priority, many times even over themselves , to keep healthy and comfortable.
Yes there are atrocities, but they should be addressed and treated as the crimes that they are.
This has much more to do with mans bad behavior then it does the harvesting of food.
