Uhm.. uh oh?

So, I'm sitting there on night, and I use cartos at the moment, my clearomizers are on the way, but I'm just sitting there one night, vaping away, enjoying some majestic episodes of family guy, and I take a puff and BOOM, liquid in the mouth and the harshest burnt taste I've had since I started vaping. I figured "oh, must just be the liquid got through and the carto got a bit burned" so I cleaned her out and tried it again, refilled and made sure it was full. Yippeeee, I can enjoy my vaping again. Bad choice again, the harsh burnt taste still came through. I currently use a manual mini v2 (yeah I know, ancient stuff, ancient stuff), but I've never once had this problem. The worst part, I handed it to my sister and was like "does this taste like Jesus hates the fact your using this to you?" she tried it and said it was perfectly fine. I was stuck staring at my e-cig like all night wondering if I should use it or if vaping wasn't in the cards for the man still trying to knock off the sad analog addiction. Anyone have an idea of what was going on, before I play the game to the tune of less money in my bank and more time waiting for parts and accessories in the mail?

Did you try rinsing the burnt juice out of your mouth? That stuff has a way of sticking to everything until you wash it off.

I rinsed it out with some mouthwash and mtn dew, two things that can clean gum off a sidewalk haha. I'm just worried my last carto which I just started using is about to crap the bed, which would require me to stare at my box of unopened cigars the same way I stared at my e-cig wondering if I can survive.

If you can get to a drug store you may be able to pick up a Blu or NJoy to hold you until supplies arrive.

I have seen some good things about the NJoy Kings, so maybe I will just wait for the clearomizers get here so I can possibly avoid these pains from ever happening again. I'm just worried if I have vapers tongue or whatever it's called. I hear that can sometimes leave you with a not-so-pleasant taste, thought Idk much about it.

Vapors tongue can be broken by changing to a very different flavor for a while. Like from a tobacco to a blueberry/etc

Could be part of it then, I was using the same flavor for a solid 2 weeks, thank god my new flavors along with my clearo's will be here Monday. Thanks so much for explaining!

This happened to me with a boge 3ohm carto recently, 4th drag. I think the coil popped or something. My sinuses and throat burned for like 3 days afterwards....

That's an awesome description of Family Guy but it deserves to be capitalized. You did it for Jesus.

I lost my only battery for a day or two and had to resort to a Blu disposable. Tastes like *** but it works in an emergency. I was just glad the battery showed up so I didn't have to wait a week to get back to Raleigh to pick up a new one.
