Which companies have applied, are in the application process etc? Apparently they may be forced to by 2016 but they could do it voluntarily which may take 9-12 months from the date of application. My thinking is that it would be good for companies to be ahead of the curve. I'm much rather buy something that has been medically approved and tested rigourously than not.
