While its nice that NICE has issued a guidance on tobacco Harm Reduction, it appears that NICE's guidance only recommends NRT products for THR.

I think this is an important topic and deserves plenty of publicity - for many different reasons.

As you say, Bill, this is a step forward, because it may be the first official recognition of THR.
