Hi all,

Before you read this it is my experience only so you might not have this problem.

I ordered various items from: UK E-Cig Store Electronic Cigarettes and with them items was 1x30ml RY4 liquid, when it arrived the liquid had leaked (about 75% of it) over the rest of the goods which was not a problem as i just cleaned the other items but i was now left with a 30ml bottle of liquid with only about 25% left.

Here is where my problem started.....

I e-mailed them the same day explaining what happened.... five days later no reply
I e-mailed them again with the same explanation saying "Any news".... four days later no reply
I then phoned them and the person said "Sorry we did not read your e-mail" but how can i help..I explained what had happened and he said with hesitation i will send you out a 10ml bottle (i lost more than 10ml but could not be bothered to argue).

Five days later still nothing, e-mailed again still nothing.

I might phone again but something tells me it's not worth it.

Hope you don't get the same customer support if it happens to you.

One bitten Twice shy...never again.
