I personally don't think that accurately stating my experiences and stating my opinion is .... stirring but each to their own. The situation has now been updated and I planned to update that particular website the other night but ended up not having time.

In all honesty I found the community on that particular site extremely hostile and vitriolic so wasn't planning on bothering to read them any more but I appreciate vendors get affected by negative publicity so the next time I have a spare 30 minutes I'll mail them over an update on what's happened so readers can get the full story. I've already spoken with one of the moderators there so rather than having to unlock the thread again he'll just insert my update and keep it locked.

I'd love you to specify which parts you consider stirring though, I still have the emails I sent over and it wasn't just me in that thread stating that emails hadn't been replied to.
