Ukecigstore website problem

Trying to get in touch with UKecigstore as I need to return some atomizers but every time I try to get on the website I get diverted to the Liberty Flights website instead! Tried emailing them and the email gets bounced back saying the email address does not exist! I've bought a load of stuff from them recently and emailed them only last week.

Anyone know what's going on? Have they stopped trading?

dont know opened an account with them tonight at about 8 30 and ordered a innokin vtr spent over 90 guid they took my order and money and now same thing happening to me hope they havent stopped trading goin to ring their no in the morning!!!post something back if u find out anything!!

Worrying times but I can't see why there should be a problem. They are on the up and up as a company unless all the complaints about their "legendary" customer service has tipped them over the edge.

Almost certainly technical problems.

Haven't been there in ages. They're always out of stock when ever i want something particular from them so i always end up finding random vendors instead. My bookmark list is huge. Just as well because i've found sites where prices are a lot cheaper than ukecigstore. I can get a Vision Spinner 1300mah for £20 from one site i found. Though, i don't buy them anymore but still. Always best to shop around !. Vapeescape sell a stainless steel vamo V2 for £50,..... V2 !!. No one sells them for more than about £39 or even less !. Don't go there much anymore either.

Looks like just a glitch then, I checked their Twitter feed earlier and there was nothing on it. As Vapoor eyes says, Twitter is now saying their IT guys are working on it.

I know they aren't necessarily the cheapest, but they have given me excellent service so far and they carry most things that I need!

SO...any updates on what the hell is going on with ukecig ? Webiste is up but I can't log in and my email is not recognized anymore. Waiting for Kraken and getting a little bit worried.

I had an issue with my order from them, turns out the postie lied about trying to deliver my item. I managed to get a response from them on their FB page. Noticed the site was back up but haven't tried logging in.

ETA - I cannot log in to their site either.

At least You have fb account to contact them. Kraken was my first order from them, hopefully they will deliver it soon.

Still no response from ukecgistore. I sent them three emails and even one tweet. Nothing. Fantastic customer service for sure. Webiste won't allow to login using my password and recovery does not work either ( email unrecognized )Stay away from them guys.
