Very impressive! Curious that you took a mechanical mod and made it electronic, and Peace took the electronic Mini Hybrid and went mechanical with his Katana. :)
The mini-hybrid was electronic? I thought it just used a regular manually operated electromechanical switch like most mods out there.

Certainly a step backwards to go from one of the most reliable switches made (Omron snap action) to some home-brew battery basher. :)

Some informations about this switch. In first, I choose a micro switch from OMRON (B3U3000P) but I don't like (poor sensation). I change to a other switch from OMRON : B3F6000. It is very pleasant to use, guaranteed to 1000000 cycles, support force of 100g.
It's OK for mount on my board but I design the PCB for the B3U3000 :facepalm:.
I use for power commutation on this board a N Mosfet for International rectifier : IRF7809.
Very Low Rdson = 9 mOhm, High current capability = 17A continuous, ....
