I'd be happy with a circuit that was effecient and VV/VW with an analog pot and no display personally. Would this thing be scalable? All i really care about is the base VV circuit that will work on a single battery.

With no screen yes but the product is different, and need to redesign the board.
On this board,i have a lot of feature:
- programmable boost converter
- electronic switch
- current sensing
- battery charger With USB
- display
- sound
- 3 tact switch
- various voltage sensing.

All is possible...

I Begin to work on a small board for put on a small mod ( orion, 16340) In 2 weeks.

Hey Pailpoe guess what I found this morning... A 4 wire touchscreen small enough to fit that Nokia display. Do you have 2 adc channels and two I/O pins free?

Yes, the screen is essential for display all the values (Power,Resistance,voltage,...).
