has anyone had problems with their chargers not turning red even with a drained battery? Had it for about 3 weeks and today I throw a batt on, and it wont turn red anymore. doesn't even flicker.

Yeah, mine is kinda sensitive that way, also make sure the sliding contact is firmly against the battery end.
I have this charger and I think it's junk.It charges fast but won't peak the batts out like my others do.My batts will never charge above 4.01v for some reason.
Actually it was my fault, sorry for the late response. My wife thought it would be funny to stick a small piece of electrical tape on both of the the contacts. So they weren't making any contact to charge.
She's a little salty from having me text her every hour to see if my mod came in. Thought it was pretty funny actually.
