Really quick question, can I use the charger for my Samsung GS5 phone and use it with my Nitecore UM20 charger? Normally I would say no after all the forum threads I've read but it is 2 amps and I heard that's exactly what is needed with the UM20

The only concern is that the Samsung usb ac adapter says on the back that it outputs 5.3 volts and 2amps. The Nitecore charger states an input of 5v Is this ok?

Thanks

Thanks man. When you say tolerance I'm assuming you mean a leeway range of 10% either way of 5 volts?

Yes, by tolerance I mean leeway; every spec has some sort of allowable range, and a kinda of rough realworld expectation is general stuff is going to be correct within 10% leeway.
At least for consumer grade stuff, that's what I'd expect.

Thanks for the confirmation man! A shame Nitecore doesn't even have an official one though.
