Un-Flavored 36mg Juice, where to buy???

Just a quick question that I hope someone can help with. Im wanting to purchase a quantity of unflavored 36mg juice so I can cut it in half and flavor with menthol crystals. I have the crystals, just need the juice. Is there somewhere I can purchase this with confidence that it will arrive and not get held up in customs or wherever???? Any suggestions, comments, etc. is greatly appreciated!!!

I use it with a Screwdriver (see pic in sig line). The juice should work with any refillable cart or drippable atty..............
