unable to access ecf

Any body else unable to access ecf? I can only access while using tethering or using a proxy. Other then that, all I get is a connection problem issue page.

Are you trying to access from work?
Any chance ECF has been blocked?

Nope, accessing from home. Havent been able to access since I came back from holiday a couple of days ago.
