HC unable to sign in

I'm having a problem signing in while on wifi, both on my pc and mobile phone. It states this when I click to sign in:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Any idea why or anyone experience this before?

No issue signing in and also not wise to even put XX in here i believe.

But I doubt so it has got to do with firewall. It was fine somewhere last week. Now, I can't even access the website straight when I enter the hotel's url. I had to google the hotel's name and click on the search result to access the web.

Contacted them and they aren't sure even of the problem. The site works fine when I access it from my mobile phone's data network though. Something might be up with the wifi.
