Unable to see Profile image in Posts

My newly uploaded Profile Image does not show up on my posts
I can see it in my Profile directly and Upload images here

Any thoughts ?

Your profile pic only shows in your profile. For the image that shows on your posts, you want to upload an image for your avatar
