Unacceptable: RY4 flavouring needs 65% concentration

In this order I had also ordered a 555 flavouring which also needs a high concentration to get some flavour of it (about 45%) I find this unacceptable as well.

Please it's been plenty of time to answer to a costumer enquiry of a defective product, I'd like to get either a refund or resend the product in perfect condition (which is what I payed for).

I have opened a dispute on Paypal.

In 3 days I haven't gotten a single response to my numerous emails and forums posts.

I find really sad that we have to involve Paypal to get my money back for selling me a defective product.


UPDATE , they did contact me but the messages went directly to my spam folder :facepalm:

They did offer to send new bottles as it might be a misslabeling problem.

I'll keep you updated about the status of this.

I am so sorry that our RY4 let you down. it may be bad luck or mislabelled. so we will resend you a pc 110ml RY4 flavour asap.

we did send you 2 email on March 24 . both of them might be sent to your spam folder. so please look for our email in your spam folder.

Me too , I'm sorry again for the missunderstanding.

Looking forward whatever you can do because it really looks like a misslabeling problem.
