I buy my ejuice mostly from ECIS due to its cheapness. I vape RY4 mainly and Red Ox and have been for quite a while.

I decided to buy a bulk lot to as i tend to forget and just manage to scrape by waiting for the post and had these in my possession for a few weeks.

So i get through a bottle of RY4 bought before these 2 and go to get one of the new bottles and am greeted by a very strong plain tobacco taste. Its definatly not RY4's nutty caramel taste id guess its just teh standard tobacco flavour and i reckon its the stronger 24mg as it felt really rough breathing it in.

I complained about this to there customer support via email but they still haven't replied back and its been way over 24 hours. I couldnt find there supplier thread in the forum.

I was just wondering if they had made a mistake with the labelling or if they have changed the recipe.

Update

They have replied eventually and want me to post them the 2 bottles back for testing which annoyed me as im going to lose out on the postage but its the only way ill get a replacement.

Although I cant talk specifically about the supplier, what I can say is that I have heard advice from other vapers saying that its fairly common to find smaller bottles to be more flavorsome.
I have some dekang 30ml 24mg RYU4 on the way to me, and am hoping it will be the same as the 10ml bottles I have had in the past.

I knew RYU4 is supposed to have a caramel nutty undertone, but honestly it seems all the RYU4 style juice Ive tried seem pretty bland and plain tobacco"ey"

Even when its not so strong flavour wise, personally I find as long as it has a good TH and nic level, I still find it pretty suitable for an all day vape. :)

I have been buying in 20ml bottles for months now. I know what you mean about the smaller being more flavoursome. I did get a reply apparently they are out of stock of ry4 18mg so i asked them to hold on till they restock before sending me a replacement.

Today i get a promo email saying that ecis are rebranding to genesis and guess what they've snuck there prices up my 80p per 20 ml claiming its a discount from £10 even though ive been using them for months and its allways been around £8.20 per 20ml. Its still the cheapest UK seller though but if it keeps rising i may switch over to the Janty Ry4 as that is much more flavoursome but costs an extra £3 per 20 ml.

I got a 30ml PG dekang ryu4 two days ago, the liquid has a slight murkier clarity to it compared to the smaller 10ml PG bottle of the exact liquid I bought two weeks back.

Although ryu4 seems nice I think im going to need to find a different all day vape flavour, the TAB flavour I got in my prefilled smoore 401 carts was very satisfying, it was fairly plain but closer to a real tobacco taste compared to the ryu, I guess I'll have to start looking around for one.

So i finally ran out of my menthol and cracked open the replacement RY4 they sent and guess what its still the same rank taste. I know what they have done they use the MLB (marlboro) juice as a base but the have started putting less of the caramel/nut flavour in so it has a really strong ginger taste. In fact it tastes exactly like MLB but smells like RY4. To be honest i cant be bothered complaining again and after all this waiting around ive kind of gone off RY4 so im just going to mentholise it till i can't taste the ginger and once its gone ill stick to the Redbull and Black Cherry Menthol DV juice ive grown to like. I suppose thats one of the good things about liking menthol is that you can use it to kill off flavour you dont like rather thatn just binning an £8 bottle of juice.
