Ordered my ProVari on 12-25 and received it on 1-18.
Started using it right out of the box.WOW!! Used it until battery died.LOL.
Upon replacing battery got a E-4 WTF.
I won't go into to many details but quit working at this point. Supplier one time glitch?
Sent a PM to MonsterKenny to ask who to contact.Received response in 15 minutes.
15 minutes later received a phone call from ProVape.
Explained my problem to them.
They informed me how sorry they were and would be sending out a new one with directions on how to ship mine back.
I can count on one hand how many times a vender has stood up above and beyond their product.
ProVape is one of them!!!
If anyone is worried about them standing behind their product DON'T BE!
Anxiously awaiting arrival of replacement ProVari.
Again can't say enough about their support.
