I couldn't swing a new Provari when I picked mine up used from the Classifieds here. It served me like a champ though until a couple of weeks back. I actually waited a few days before making contact dreading the idea of being without my Provari for an extended period and the no doubt fairly hefty repair charges.

I contacted Provape and David assured me they would be reasonable and give fairly quick turnaround. It arrived at Provape last Wednesday the 5th. I was contacted again by David with a reasonable fee figuring if they could just get it running, it would be worth it.

Two days later, it shipped out and I received it today. Now, the repair was reasonable but what they did was above and beyond. Although I had not upgraded the window and spring nor asked for it, they included that at no additional charge.

They apparently replaced the internals as the LCD itself has a different font. Bottom line is for a basic repair fee, I got treated like a king. It is rare in any industry to see this level of commitment to their products and those who use them.

For whatever it's worth, they made a customer for the rest of my vaping life. Thanks guys and to anyone on the fence, rest assured you are investing your money not only in a great PV but some of the best customer service in business! Many thanks to David and all the gang at Provape! :thumbs:

I have to concur with you... Placed my order for a ProVari a week or so ago, and encountered a hiccup with it. I was just starting to get bummed that it would be delayed for quite a while, when i received an email with an update and solution. I was not expecting that ProVape would be the party to extend communication out first.... ProVape, you guys Rock!!

Another grateful customer.... Thank You ProVape!
