Univapo Miso PRO and Univapo Miso C are the second generation of Univapo Miso Pod.
The Miso PRO version uses an integrated 1,000mah battery and high performance replaceable UNC coils. MISO C from 600mah is a restyling of the original Miso Pod with a more attractive graphic design, it maintains the same UNC PODs (disposable cartridges) of the original Miso, particularly suitable for "entry level" users.
Both new MISOs have a very fast recharge time; 30 minutes for Miso Pro and only 20 minutes for Miso C!

► Miso PRO & Miso C; First impressions:
For this test I received the Miso Pro in a color not present in the representative images distributed by Univapo, the color is "gunmetal" and I don't mind at all. The other sample of Miso C arrived in bright and nuanced red / green color. Looking at the range of colors available for these two devices, I would say that the choice is abundant and for all tastes. The paint of Miso PRO and Miso C looks sturdy with finishes to match, the frame is made of sturdy aluminum alloy.

The cartridges are both transparent and equipped with a convenient side refill. Miso Pro uses replaceable high performance UNC coils. Instead, the Miso C cartridge is of the disposable type with integrated Coil and is compatible with the first version of MISO POD.

The weight and dimensions of these devices are very similar to those of a common lighter, especially MISO C on which it is also possible to adopt the collar included in the kit for further facilitated transport. So portability and handling are fantastic for both, i can't really complain in this aspect.

► Miso PRO & Miso C; 360 ° view:
The front of the MISO shows the led for notifications. The only button on these devices can be disabled to use only the automatic function, but also for safety reasons, such as when the device is placed in the pockets. Both keys are made of metal with a fine surface texture. The keys are both comfortable and slightly protruding, the Miso PRO one is larger and finished with an elegant red colored perimeter. At the bottom of both Mods there is the name, while on the back only the brand (Univapo) appears.

The side profile between the two devices differs slightly, Miso PRO is more squared off, while Miso C has a softer and more rounded shape. The cartridges can be inserted in the respective devices indifferently with the refill cap on the left or on the right. By inserting the cartridge with the refill cap facing the calibrated hole for the passage of air, a more contrasting type of puff is obtained. Both Pods feature a Type-C charging port.

The compartment / pod of MISO PRO and MISO C contains the two gold-plated contact pins and the sensor for activating the automatic Puff. Miso Pro uses two circular magnets for the cartridge / device connection. While MISO C relies on a simple and effective "interlocking" system.

The place of origin, the logo and the C E trademark are engraved on the bottom of the Miso.

► Miso PRO; Cartridge:
The 3.5ml transparent UNC cartridge houses the replaceable and screwable UNC coils of the same name on a threaded base with 4 fixed and non-adjustable air passage holes. There are two different resistors available, a 0.8Ω Mesh-coil for MTL / RDL and a 1.2Ω traditional coil for MTL.
The Miso Pro PCTG cartridge can be refilled with e-liquid without being removed from the device thanks to a liftable side rubber. The transparency allows you to view the liquid inside it without effort, in the image below you can see (indicated by the arrow) a channel obtained in the lower part of the cartridge for the entry of air towards the Coil. The cartridge can be inserted into the device in two different ways to get your favorite Puff
1- If the air inlet of the cartridge and the air inlet of the device are close to each other, the airflow is suitable for an RDL vaping.
2- If the air intake of the cartridge and the air inlet of the device are far from each other, the airflow is suitable for an open MTL vaping.

► Miso C; Cartridge:
The transparent 2ml UNC disposable cartridge can be refilled with e-liquid without being removed from the device thanks to a liftable side rubber. It can contain different types of resistors; a 0.8Ω Mesh-Coil, or a 1.0 or 1.2Ω traditional Kanthal coil. The transparency allows you to view the liquid inside it without effort, in the image below (as for Miso PRO) you can see indicated by the arrow, an air inlet obtained in the lower part of the cartridge, the cartridge can be inserted into the device in two different ways:
1- If the air inlet of the cartridge and the air inlet of the device are close to each other, the airflow is suitable for a sufficiently large MTL vaping.
2- If the air intake of the cartridge and the air inlet of the device are far from each other, the airflow is suitable for a restricted MTL vaping.
* The disposable pods can be purchased in packs of 3pcs each.

► Miso PRO & Miso C; Instructions:
• Five clicks to turn off the device, the LED indicator flashes red slowly 3 times.
• Five clicks to turn on the device, the LED indicator flashes green 3 times.
• You can choose between Automatic Puff or Button Activated Puff.
• To lock / unlock the key; click the Fire button 3 times.
• Battery status indicator: Red = 0-30% Blue = 31-69% Green = 70-100%
• Maximum battery charge: After stopping the vape, the light is green for 2 seconds.
• Medium battery charge: After stopping the vape, the light is blue for 2 seconds.
• Low Battery: After stopping the vape, the light is red for 2 seconds.
• The indicator light is red during charging and when the battery is fully charged, the indicator is off.

* Miso C charging type: Type-C 5V / 2A, charging time 20 minutes.

Final conclusions:
Both the Miso Pro and Miso C of this review are robust devices, suitable for an Entry level user who does not want maneuvering complications for use. In this respect Miso C is the simpler of the two, in fact it is not even necessary to replace the exhausted resistance, in fact it is enough to buy the replacement cartridge that includes the resistance and insert it on the Mod.

Always with a view to simplified use, on Miso PRO and Miso C there is a single button, this button is responsible for switching on / off and depending on the color of the light emitted, informs us about the battery charge status and the active protections of security. I also really liked the fact of being able to disable dispensing via the button and switch to automatic use only. I'm sure many will appreciate this feature that allows you to safely store the device in your own pockets.

The batteries of Miso Pro and Miso C are adequately assisted by their chipset that maintains a practically constant supply until the end of the charge cycle, both batteries recharge in a record time of 30 minutes for Miso PRO and only 20 minutes for Miso C ! This is also extremely interesting! Miso Pro offers a slightly higher level of performance thanks to a larger battery; 1.000mah against 600mah.

I tested Miso PRO and Miso C with self-produced and diluted 10% Colonel Custard 50/50 liquid with 6mg / ml nicotine concentration, the aromatic yield compared to other devices of the same kind I place it at the top. Miso PRO's replaceable UNC Coils are slightly more aromatic and long-lasting. Both devices are suitable for an MTL user, Miso C offers a restrict MTL puff. Both cartridges have a facilitated side refill, so it will not be necessary to remove the tank from the device when refilling with e-liquid. Of Miso Pro & Miso C I really liked the possibility of being able to vary the air flow to the coil simply by rotating the respective cartridges by 360 °. The hit in the throat is remarkable and almost at the same level as much more expensive atomizers. The puff is always soft and silent, I didn't notice any leaks, spit backs or other annoyances. If you are not compulsive, the 600mAh of the Miso C may be enough, otherwise you would do well to turn your interest towards the Miso Pro and its 1,000mah of capacity.
The consumption of liquid with a full battery charge is approximately 7ml for Miso PRO and 4ml for Miso C.

I have been receiving Univapo samples for a long time and have never had anything to object to the general quality and level of finish of their products. Also in this case Miso PRO and Miso C exceed my test abundantly and well. So if you are at the beginning of the Vaper career or you are simply looking for a small, light, immediate device, and you like the products I have described to you, you will soon find the Miso for you at an affordable price.
