We all like what we like for a myriad of reasons, however, I got to thinking about a juices that may be able to transcend our individual preferences. Is there a juice that you would recommend to anyone without fear of it being offensive, off-putting, or weird tasting? I would recommend Halo Prime 15..HA! Just kidding! Seriously, I would suggest to anyone, I mean anyone--regardless of their perceived preferences--to try Heather's Heavenly Vapes Gandalf.

We know how fussy and finicky we can be, but I would place my bet on HHV's Gandalf as a universally acceptable suggestion for nu-vapers or the experienced. Obviously everyone won't love/like it, but I doubt if anyone would be turned off!

What would yours be and why?

p.s. I will go into detail about why I chose Gandalf if there are responses, I didn't want the opening post to be too long.

I've been thinking about this for a while now....and although I'm typically a cheerleader for my Rawr juices...I can't say one would be universal because they could contain a primary flavor that some people just don't like, i.e., peach, or coconut, etc.

So...with that, I think I came up with a good universal juice...because it doesn't really come from a specific flavor that people may already dislike...its just pure sweetness. My universal juice recommendation would be Malty from BWB

Too difficult I think. Break it into categories maybe. Some don't like tobaccos, or fruits, or sweet stuff etc.. Then we could offer our thoughts with a little more focus towards a universal juice per category

Although we'll never please everyone lol

My point is that I want to know what you believe may have the broadest appeal based on what you know about the juice. Obviously people have different tastes and all that, but some things are safer to recommend...I believe. If someone asked you to recommend a juice, and they didn't have a clear idea about what they would like, then what would you suggest? Yeah, you could say cinnamon, but that might be a stretch. I am just asking for the juice that you think is the safest to recommend without (in your opinion) being a off-putting. For instance, I don't necessarily like Bounty Hunter, but I would recommend it blindly in a second! It is what I would consider, safe.

I recommended HHV's Gandalf because--from what I gather--it is very easy on the palate. There is some tobacco-ness there, but not a lot; there is some sweetness there, but it is delicate and unobtrusive. I have a ton of flavors (as you know;) ) but that one comes to mind when I think of a flavor that would not turn easily offend. There is also nothing in there that screams out, "I AM THIS". So, it might be a little more difficult (IMO) for some to say, "Oh, well I don't like this because it tastes like ____or ____". Once again, we all have our particular preferences, but I still believe that some flavors can be more universally acceptable, if not good. So, what comes to your mind if someone asked you to recommend a juice, even if they were unclear about what they liked?

Ms T's snickerdoodle.

It tastes like a fresh baked cookie, and it isn't overly sweet (there's no sweetener in it) or too strongly cinnamony. It may not be your ultimate favorite thing to vape, but who doesn't like cookies?

Good choice. That is not to say everyone will like it (I think I am slowly tiring of making that disclaimer) but, it is a SAFE pick! Hey, Ohai ;)

Below is the feedback on Gandalf I just PM'd to Heather and Adam.

Gandalf: Yes, I get the name association---the picture of Gandalf with the long pipe. Whenever I think “pipe tobacco,” the vendor that immediately comes to mind is Want2Vape. Donelly and Dr. Vapenstein are the Kings of Pipe Tobacco---London, Stockholm, Louisville, etc. They virtually own the cigar and pipe tobacco market in naturally-extracted tobacco juices. Gandalf is a good challenge to that dominance because it pulls back from the extremes. I don’t get much Cavendish or English Tobacco Shoppe from it. More middle of the road. And with a fairly strong caramel element added to soothe the wary and appeal to the masses. Probably a best-seller, in part by playing it safer than W2V does. The tobacco is smooth and sweet. What’s not to like? This one should sell like hotcakes. Grade: A-

I just read this in the http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...s/307357-gandolf-heathers-heavenly-vapes.html thread. I second billherbst's question, "What's not to like?" It is truly a hit record, I mean juice...I got to get away from the music parallels!

Strawberr-E Fields and Stick-E Icky Cinnamon bun from Groove-E-Juice (www. grooveejuice. com). I go through a 30ml bottle in a few short days on both of these... I can't put them down :) The strawberry, especially, is a great universal vape. They've got 15% off juices until the end of the month with promo code ILUVGROOVEE. Cheers!~

I kind agree on this one. I go to Malty Toffee when nothing else tastes good....it always tastes either good or okay.

I feel this way about Enigma from QuickNicJuice...I really like that juice, but really have no idea what it tastes like. And they don't tell you on the site...it basically says "try and figure it out, you'll love it" Very smooth & easy vape....but I can't pinpoint the flavors in there for the life of me.

I hear you on the mystery aspect. I think that is also why I said Bounty Hunter. People could spend all day trying to come up with different connections, but all the while the flavor would be bring them back, but never stop them in their tracks as a simple one-liner. Not saying juices that are supposed to taste like food, or drinks are bad choices, but I think it may tire quicker, but maybe not. Either way, I am happy to see that some have given it some thought.

I must say, I let someone try Gandalf that doesn't vape and never smoked. Her reaction was that of intrigue, curiosity, and astonishment. She hit it twice and was racking her brain to pinpoint the flavor, but to no avail. Her final verdict: Thumbs up.

I'd have to go with Highbrow's Orange de Sangre. It may not be an all day vape, but you'd have to specifically not like oranges to not like it :)

It's got enough of the natural orange bitterness to keep the sweetness down.

I'll give a nod to Quicknic's enigma above also. Which reminds me, I need to order some more....

Enigma? That does spark my curiosity....

I have heard that about Orange De Sangre, and I should be trying it by next week...Kemo...Kemo...Kemo...

Engima is definitely one worth checking out...wish I could explain it more than that, but I can't! I've tried Orange de Sangre too...tastes exactly like fresh orange juice to me. If I order again though, I will ask for extra flavor, i thought it was a tiny bit on the faint side

I agree that it's too hard to come up with a single, universally-liked juice. Too many individual quirks - I dislike any hint of mint or menthol, and dislike most fruit/berry juices. An IRL friend hates anything tasting of cinnamon or caramel (both WINS from my POV), but loves fruity juice.

So...something complex with no one flavor overpowering, like BWB Casablanca, maybe?
I saved the Heather's Heavenly Vapes Gandalf link, BTW. It's on my next-to-order list!

I think it is hilarious that you think it would be hard to come up with a universally (safe) juice, but you suggested Casablanca. I love it! ;)

I never thought I would get a response to this thread. It was my hopes to try and have a discussion about what constitutes safe (like you did), or if there's a such thing - and to start a list. Of course many will hate whats on the list, but people are always asking for suggestions (and often times don't really know what they want), so I figured, why not? I wouldn't consider anything menthol, sharp, super sweet, musky, earthy, spicy, or floral to be safe. What do you all think? I actually think Dekang is a bit safe...did I just type that? Dekang?! Yep! I think it is safe. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it, though.
