Today I unplugged my usb passthrough.. and trying to use the computer without vaping lol lol :p it's the last leg of phyisical habit to break... Too funny my 801's are laying right here and with out thinking I have picked them up to vape and realize when nothing happen that I had one in my hand don't even remember reaching and picking it up... ...I will plug it back in ,, in a little while.. Again will always be amazed it's not a (kill anything that gets near me panic any more for not having nic) It's a want,, it's a urge I am missing it,,, so don't get me wrong lol .... but it's not throat thrashing can't think of anything else.... I can still function which is oh so way cool...

You are far ahead of me! I am trying to get lower and lower on nic. I still need my 11mg hit! Drat! I can get by on no nic or 6nic most of the day. But not all day!
But the good news is that I can go for long periods without any vaping at all. I am so pleased with that! No panic..as you said, just a want now and again. I also find the computer my downfall, along with driving! But I do ride a lot with Mike who switches between smoking and vaping. I need my nic nuck then..:p
keep it up and be our pin up for sucess!:D

Thanks MaryKay,, and kudos for you for learning you can go without vaping too I think it's interesting to realize how you feel in different situations. (I'm plugged back in feel good that I could function) no doubt I will always enjoy vaping.. I truly hated feeling the world depended on having analogs, that you start worring when there was still 3 packs left) Get more and more excited how easy I feel letting go of situations I once felt tied to...

I did try the lower nics and I vaped alot,, I went back to the 18 and 24mg and get my fix and I can be done with vaping for hours.. Love my morning coffee & vape,, but I go do chores first with the animals then come back and just relax..

About every 30 or 45 days I have a werid feeling unbalanced type day that I don't feel centered... Good thing is I don't want to go buy analogs, and I am usually out and about which I stopped taking my e cig with me. I usually want to vape when I get in my truck to drive home but as soon as I start driving,, I forget about it... But on the days I just can't seem find balance,, that ((ping)) stays with me the entire drive home..

I kept telling my self this is all like an onion,, everything is layers and layers being peeled off over time...

And do you know what is at the heart of a peeled onion? Onion!:)
One day I want to be done with E-cigs..but not yet! 6 months has been my goal, of course when I said that I thought Mike would be right behind me..as usual he has wandered off and I need to back track!
But even if I can't be vape free in 6 months, I can try to be nic free!

True to form, Pat..alway seeing a silver lining!:D Outback's blooming onion!

But you are right, everyday is a new and hopefully better day! I feel better, look better and maybe soon I will be smoke/vape free!

You talked about being unbalanced..I always thought of those days as having the sound turned up too loud. Like things were moving too fast and I was a bit dazed. (ok ok..so what else is new..lol) I still have them once in a while but not like when i was a teen or young woman in her 20's. Now I can just pull the covers over my head and go back to sleep or tell Mike I am taking a "me" day. (meaning I am not going to deal with anything at all). Works for me!
He takes his days when a good golf or football game is on (a couple times a year).
