Unwanted Tweets

So I went through my profile setting trying to find a way to turn this off with not luck.
Every time I post on here it automatically tweets my comment.
Not a fan of that.
Pretty sure I didn't even link my ECF account with my twitter...weird.
Anybody know how to fix this?

Try removing your twitter id from your profile.
