Up button not working on Hana Modz V3 (authentic)

For some reason, my up button no longer works. mod is authentic, definitely out of warranty. Any suggestions. With current mod prices, it doesn't make sense to pay for repairs. I would like to salvage it if possible.

I also took the chipset cover off and attempted to press up on the dna board with no effect. Unsure if it is jammed but both buttons click.

I don't have an easy fix, but depending on how handy you are, you could always swap the board with a new one.
