Shipping is now expected to resume normal service on February 17, 2020. We are working hard on this and we apologize for the wait.
In other words nobody has a clue when FT will be running again. I have a warranty issue pending and some stuff in the cart waiting for me to pull the trigger. I have a silly amount of gear now but, I admit, it's fun and still cost a tiny fraction of what I could have spent smoking.

I'm a bit embarrassed to admit this, but I have about $600 worth of pending orders with them waiting to be shipped out. One from as early as January 13th. The dollar amount is likely what's adding to my anxiety over the whole situation. Plus it's pretty much the finishing touches to my Vapocalypse stash, so having it in my vape safe would just plain ole make me feel better.

I would really hate to lose fasttech at this point in time - 90 days before the FDA pretty much kills vaping. They are really the only vendor that has such a huge selection of replacement tanks and parts. Those are the main items in the 2 orders I'm waiting for.

I've bought most of my hardware from FT since 2015, several dozen orders. I've had a couple of product issues that were resolved. I'm not worried about them. They want our trust and the problem is not the Black Plague.

Same here, one order shipped this morning. Not the one from over a month ago though. I thought that was a little funny.

You have to Remember that FT Doesn't hold every single thing it sells in one Humongous warehouse. It relies on suppliers sending them items which they turn around and send out.

So Time Frames on orders are Not always First In - First Out.

With what is going on in China, there has been Major disruption to Not Only Retailers and Manufactures, but also in the Transportation Pipelines.

Oh yea, I totally get it. But at over a month since placing the order, that particular order and it’s status have become a bit of a joke to me. As in literally laughing to myself. Mostly because it’s the largest order I’ve ever placed with any vape store and I was a little nervous placing it in the first place. I’m certain it will all work out fine. In time. Lol

One thing that I learned with FT is that the More items I put in one Order, the More Likely it is going to be Delayed.

FT has gotten Better about Splitting Orders if one thing is holding things up. But there is a limit to how much they will break things into Separate Orders.

I'm sure you will get your Stuff. But with the Perfect Storm of a Large Order, the CNY and an emerging Pandemic, it is going to take some Time.

My personal record is one order split into 5 shipments thanks to things going into restocking. :p

    There's probably only 1 or 2 items that's holding up your order. You can check what products are 'ready to ship' and what is 'restocking' by clicking on the 'Details, Options & Support' link.

    If something is still restocking, you can just cancel that product/line and get a gift certificate or refund.
