I'm so happy for all of you. Meanwhile, my 1.13 order still remains in a warehouse waiting to ship. There are two more items that are apparently 9 days out.

Please bear in mind that any 'ETA' from FT is a pure guess on their part. I've had ETAs that keep increasing up to the point where they become 'discontinued' after a couple of months. Then you recieve the email asking if you want a refund (hell, yes) or to pick something else (er, no - if i wanted something else i would have ordered it).
I like to imagine that the FT team are frantically trying to source my items until they eventually just throw their hands in the air and give up.
With over 8 years of using FT i've learnt to take all the estimates and ship dates with a pinch of salt.
Refunds for items they can't source are pretty quick.

My fasttech order shipped 7 days ago and just cleared Chicago customs, so not much different before all this happened, don't seem that backed up surprising.

I usually get mine as a gift certificate, and it shows up immediately. I’ve been happy with that aspect of things for sure.

I also like how you can just automatically cancel your own items in an order by yourself or even a whole order without CS involved. More than I can say for many other chinese vape retailers. Having a problem with Vapesourcing right now. Very terrible CS. 3rd order from them and probably my last. Too bad FT's prices on authentic mods and tanks are usually too high anymore. I use them mainly for parts and clones.

My 2 orders from FT, that I ordered during the CNY sale, have landed in NY.

With FT at the moment it pays to only order items that show as 'in stock' or 'ships next day'. I did an order last week on 16th Feb of a 'ships next day' item. It got packaged and shipped after 4 days. Tracking is now showing it is on a plane having left China.

Unless things have changed, and I'm Pretty Sure they Haven't, if you get a Refund to a Gift Certificate then whatever you Buy with the Gift Certificate can Only be Cancelled or Returned to another Gift Certificate.
