Congratulations to...ME! I'm a non-smoker.
I purchased my Torpedo Mini VV on Friday the 13th 2012. I have not had a cigarette since! Well, actually, I'm telling a little white lie there. Around about the 3rd or fourth day, I thought I wanted a regular cigarette...Ya know...just to see if I was fooling myself w/ all this "vaping nonsense" and would I still enjoy the cigarette...maybe more than vaping as far as nicotine delivery goes. I snuck outside so no one would see me smoking it and got down to business.
So, I lit a "stinky" up...
I made it through two drags and it was like someone backed a Horse's ... up to my mouth.
It tasted...disgusting...Yuck!! I could not believe how bad it was...how did I ever like these? And, how did it get to taste so bad after only a few days? I figured it would still taste good to me and be satisfying. Ummm, no...negatory.
The first thought after that was "I want my PV 'cause this sucks".
To me, that just goes to show how badly it damages your ability to taste (among many other things) and, I was encouraged by the fact that after just a few days of not smoking my taste buds were already starting to function - a big plus for encouraging me to stick with vaping.
Oh don't get me wrong, sometimes when I start to have a nic jones my brain tries to tell me "I need a smoke" and then it hits me; No, I need a vape!
So now, I am at the 13 day mark of being a vaper...and I love it and want NOTHING to do with cigarettes. It's amazing now...just how foreign "smoking" seems to me.
I plan on keeping it that way.
I feel better. I can breathe deeply, starting to smell things again and, the Wife & I both noticed (because we both fall asleep at diff times) we don't snore in our sleep anymore! That one took me for a complete surprise as I never would've thought they were connected.
I wish this technology was around 32 years ago when I started smoking.
Again, I'm NEVER going back.
If the .Gov ever bans these things, I'll be one of the first "E-cig" boot legger's bringing 'em in across the Border!
Consider this my Testimonial.
That's all, just wanted to share.
Carry on.
