update to renewed determination thread & questions

I'm sure a lot have seen my hour by hour on the chit chat thread, but I just had to let everyone know......


I quit smoking~!!!

I believe I'm one of those 'all or nothing' types. There can be no 'I'll only smoke x amount today', if I smoke one, I smoke the whole pack.

At the stroke of midnight on New Years Eve I handed my half smoked cigarette to my boyfriend along with the rest of the pack and I haven't smoked since~! Not feeling any real difference physically yet but mentally I couldn't be better~!

The folks over in the smokeless tobacco forum were kind enough to send me some snus samples to try...and as much as I'm totally grossed out by the idea of it, I don't know if I could have quit without it~! First thing in the morning is rough, but the snus calms the craving quick.


What I have discovered in the past 4 days.....I love to vape~! I liked it...now it is full on love. I can taste the flavors a bit more, and I've tried several juices I was formerly afraid of because of the throat hit/ coughing my .... off issue. I LOVE trying different flavors, and they aren't all choking me...some are, but not all, yay~! I never would have thought I'd enjoy a tobacco flavor, but I got this eensy weensy, like 3/4 of a ml sample of Boba's Bounty and I MUST get more~! I had just told myself I wouldn't spend another penny on e-cig related stuff too I'll try posting in swaps, it is sooo good.

Can anyone recommed any other tobacco flavors I might like based on the fact that I'm gaga for Boba's Bounty??

I've also learned that I love auto batts~! I have 2 901 autos and they are sweet. I may be hard on them though because I drip, but with the autos I don't over drip.

Can anyone tell me where the best place to get autos is?? I want 510, 901, 801, and 401

One more question, and this is prolly a dumb one. I tend to overthink stuff, so I could be complicating something very simple

I would like to be able to use any batt/atty combination. I have 510, 801, 901, 401 batts and attys. Do I need 12 different adaptors to be able to use any atty on any batt?

Okay, last question....has anyone ever used this, and if so does it work??

CONGRATS! Can't type much now either.. but one thing.. no, you dont' need all those adapters hehe... the 901/808 is the same. Also some of the others work together too.. I'll check more in the morning!

just have to add that my PG sensitivity may have just been my crappy lungs.....I'm vaping 12mg 80pg chocolate covered Cherry and it is smooth and delicious and NOT making me choke

Hey girl! OK.. I'm back

Now.. to answer a few questions.. If you are going to drip using auto batts.. be prepared to:
suck out a lot of batteries.. have a place to drip dry batts.. and kill a lot of batts
I know. I do it

If you want to avoid some of this headache.. you can stick with the Ego (type) auto battery. They are made a little differently, and somehow the battery is sealed to prevent some of the damage from juice. you will still be sucking out juice, but you wont kill as many batts.

Also, you are better sticking with one or two 'battery' sizes. With the use of adapters.. why use weenie battys? The bigger battys will last longer, PLUS you have a tiny bit more protection by using the adapter (an extra 'piece' between your precious batty and the killer juice!)

One of my favorite combinations is the 901 atty with an 801 batty. I have killed many a batty this way! I have a little candle jar with a napkin inside to 'drip dry' my batts.. and they go in and out of rotation.

With the use of only the bigger batty sizes.. you will need fewer adapters as well. (I sent you an 801>901... that's batty>atty) This adapter will allow you to use the 801 batty on both the 901 atty and the 808 stuff. If you also use the Ego/Riva/VGO battys.. then you will need 510> ?

So ... say your favorite attys are the 901 and 401. You could easily get by with the adapter I sent and
510>901
510>401
801>401

That would be only 3 adapters you need to find. The 510 adapters will work with your Ego/etc battys AND your 510 battys (if you need them in a pinch) and the 801 will work with the 401 and 901. You don't need the 801>510 because it will already fit the 510 type batty (EGO) you have. You don't need to get separate 901 and 808 because it's the same thing.. etc etc.

(I HOPE THIS IS ALL MAKING SENSE! )

So.. to sum it up..
I'm not sure what stock you have on hand.. but I'm trying to save you from buying extra uneccessary equipment. I *think* someone offered you an Ego batt? And I've sent some snuff and your first adapter... so depending on what attys you may have ATM.. those might be the apapter(s) I would buy now. Plus a couple additional auto batts, if you don't have them.*
