Well, it seems like the maual was a bit too much for us at first. My first vape on the new automatic was like magic, barely a cough from the first time, then only right after charging, but not terrible.

Funny though, after I vape with the auto for a while, I can vape the manual just fine, in fact, we have couple of cartos that weren't working well (the hole looked too small and closed up) and I took out the filler and made a drip tip out of a condom, drip a few drops and vape that now as well.

IT appears we are getting more and more adjusted to it, although I still get some coughing in the morning, so I just use the auto until it stops.

Do manuals burn hotter than autos?

Anyway, I thank you all for your help and encouragement,

I'm glad you got the coughing figured out! I would hate to have you end up back on the analogs.

I think the coughing for some people is a matter of getting used to having moisture in your lungs instead of a drying smoke. Combine that with your lungs clearing out and yeah, it very well could produce a cough. There's also your cilia waking up and starting to work again to clear out all the nasty stuff that put them to sleep.

manuals can burn hotter than autos because you're the one pressing the button whereas with an auto it'll shut off when it feels you've had enough.

You know, I've read that the autos do that, but mine hasn't yet. I take the same "drags" on both the auto & the manual. Maybe I don't take as long a "drag" as some people, but believe me, I take in as much as my lungs will let me:vapor:

I do find that by around noon, I'm ready for the "stronger" manual though.

I'm a full time Ebay seller, so I'm at the computer all day, most days. I'm finding vaping very conveinient and I don't have to worry about keeping my inventory away from smoke:2cool:

The coughing I had wasn't from my lungs clearing up quite yet (I'm sure I'll get that cough next). It was from the first minute I vaped and I mean couging violently, no breathing, thinking I would never get a breath again :) I think the TH of the manual was just too much until I "get going".

Yeah lately my lungs feel full of phlem and it's because of the lack of smoke things are moving once again. I see it as a good sign even though its a sucky feeling in my chest right now.

You'll survive that. I've been vaping over a year and recently realized I haven't had a cold that entire time. Also, no constant throat-clearing or excess sinus drip. And what I thought were nasal allergies, not a problem anymore.

I live on a steep hill with a 1/10th mile long driveway. Used to get to the top wheezing, heart pounding. It's been quite awhile since I can recall that happening.
