Hello all,

First off, a big thanks to all of the great people here who are very helpful.
So, after my first full week of vaping, I am still pumped. After some great advice from suprtrkr and others here, I have purchased some good batts. Sony & Samsung high drain. Sure notice a difference. Also, I have started on the 0.5 ohm coil. With the advice from my store, I switched down from 12 to 6mg of nicotine. The hit from the 6mg. on 0.5 still feels stronger than the 12mg on the 1.2ohm (kanger sub mini on ipv Mini 2. So I purchased another kanger head so I can have both nic. levels ready to go. I like the fact that I can use the 1.2 ohm at work as it does not use as much juice.
Here we go..lol

Glad to hear it.... Yep this a a great forum for sure. Your juice mix has lots to do with throat hit as well. More pg = more throat hit.... So, when it comes to vaping there are many variables that come into play such as batteries, tanks, wicking, juice, and many others that determine the type of vape and experience you will have. Once a person tinkers around then they can have a good vaping experience.

Wow sub ohming from the offset! I stopped in September 2014, in December I got my first sub ohm tank and I didn't like it, it sat in my drawer until about March then I tried it again. I found that I can sub ohm certain juices and others I cant at all. Some are really rough on the throat, and some really smooth. I make my own so they are all the same PG/VG and nic level, just some have more of a throat hit by design.

What I am trying to say that throat hit doesnt just come from the nic level or pg/vg percentage, it comes from the flavour too.

Duly noted on the flavor, thanks.
I have both juices in a Canadian tobacco flavor, It's all about assimilating the smokes right now. I am looking forward to some other flavors soon though.
    Cheers

Yes, that's because some flavorings contain more PG than other flavorings do as well as other factors. But yes, you are correct as different flavors are harsher than others. I have noticed that Cinnamon type flavorings seem to have more of a throat hit than the others. However, throat hit or not, I really love my cinnamon roll flavor :)
