Upgrade problems SX Mini G Class

Hi! I`am Patrick from Germany.

I have a big problem with my G Class.
First on the G stands "Upgrade UI..."
After 8-10 tries I get the next step and the software was transferred.
I disconnected the G Class and connect it again. The software starts to install, but suddenly on the PC stands "SXi device detecting...". After these nothing happend.
I disconnect the G Class and now there is only an low light display (no text). If I connect it again to the PC, the PC knows the device, but I can`t install the software again, because after a few seconds the Software shows "SXi device detecting..." again.
So what can I do now?

Could contact:
local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
