Yeah, the Reo is a bottom feeder, which would be a new thing for me. You said you have the boge, how does that work for you with switching flavors? And how does it handle VG-heavy liquids? Some of my favorite flavors are VG-Only, and I do love the thick plumes of smoke. lol

Also, using the Reo (or other bottom feeder) with just an atty, is it really that common to make a mess/over-squeeze the bottle?

I like the concept of just putting in a bottle, squeezing it a few times, and vaping. Changing out my atomizer if it goes south on me.

yes i think a bottom feeder may be a very viable option for you, since you also like heavier vg juice, which most tanks wont handle well. It can be messy at first but once you get the hang of it flooding is very rearly the option. I have no experience with the reo as when i was looking for a bottom feeder i was too poor to spend reo money so i grabbed the boge rev v2, it has worked flawlessly over the last 6 months, and plugs in using the same plug as the ego pt. has a 1600mah battery so will last all day long.

if you do decide to go with more of a tube style APV, i would suggest looking into rebuildable atomizers, as they are great, last alot longer and hold a good amount of juice... i have a DiD on the way to try out and see how rebuildable works for me.

best of luck finding which works best for you

Heya ECF Folks,

Thanks to help I found here, I've been smoke free for several months now. So, thanks for that. I'm a healthier, happier person already.

I started out with a basic Ego-C kit, tested out clearomizers, tanks, drip-tips, etc. I'm currently at the point where I can meet my needs with vaping, but I'm constantly annoyed by the equipment I have. I want something with less hassle.

I'm serious about continuing to vape, so I'm not afraid to spend a little money for the right setup. I don't care how it looks or how big it is. My concern is only for functionality and not having to tinker. Maybe you folks can point me in the right direction again.

I've been looking at mods like the Reo, which seem durable and low maintenance. Any suggestions in that regard?

I don't want to continue messing with tanks/cartridges/clearomizers. And I want something which involves less finesse than dripping, so I can easily vape in my car or between classes. I understand that, at some point, atomizers will always need to be replaced. I just want less annoyance between those times, cleaning and tinkering and cleaning up leaked juice.

I'd also very much like a larger battery than my 650 Egos. Tired of having to rotate them on the charger if I'm having a heavy vape day, or always be worried that I will have forgotten to charge one before a long day away from the house.

Am I asking for too much? What's the most bomb-proof delivery method that will deliver good flavor and lots of warm vapor from a variety of VG/PG configurations, with minimal fiddling involved? Thanks for any help.

Unfortunately the hassle comes with the turf. Back in cartomizer time it was a lot of hassle. Not anymore.

I found that Phoenix CE XL clearomizers are the solution for me. I can buy them in shiploads (10 bucks for 5), they are refillable, washable and reusable. I vape around 5 mils a day, so I fill many cartridges that will last me a few days. After that all I need is vape them to the bottom and refill them all in one sitting. For inside use, a Vivi Nova takes care of business. Can hold a day´s worth of vaping or a long trip. Easy to mantain and easy to prime and vape. No hassle.
As for batteries, the clearomizers like small batts, so I have regular ego batteries, no mods. For the Vivi, 2 ego twist batteries. It works wonderful and it´s an inexpensive setup.
