Upgrade time: Mini 2.1 + Reomizer. A few questions

Long time Reo user here. I currently have 2 Reo mini's and looking to upgrade to a 2.1 along with starting my adventure with the Reomizer rba.

Purchase list:

* Reo Mini 2.1
* Reomizer
Multimeter (already own)
* x4 O-rings for bottom fed
* x2 18500 batteries

My questions are:

What gauge coil wire would you all suggest I purchase first? Or should I just grab one of each gauge?

What mm of silica wick should purchase? I see that the 3mm is out of stock so that's a no go at this time.

Anything else I should purchase at the time of order?

Get the AW IMR 18490 batteries (I use www.rtdvapor.com) ...use ECF5 for a 5% discount.
Either (both) gauges of wire will work, and you might want to get both to play around with. Different strokes for different folks...who knows which you'll like better. Whichever silica is available is fine. Lots of us use different wicking materials besides the silica, so you may want to get some organic cotton balls, some 100% crochet thread, etc. Read some of the threads about the RM2 and rebuildables in general to get some ideas.

Now....the important stuff: what color REO are you ordering?

EDIT: I'd get 3 batteries.....but that's just me. They're 1100 mAh, so you might want to think about it at least.

I would grab some 30 gauge wire for 3.7v vaping

How about the button top? Those are really nice!

Get some of each wire. Then after building coils you will know what you like. The bulk buy is great if you get what suits your coils the best.

A extra spring is always good to have. Especially with the RM2 or any rebuildable.

The recommended battery would be a AW IMR 3.7 18490. They run fantastic in the Mini 2.1.

You guys are great thanks! I know first thing to do is decide on the color. I've always preferred black base with whatever colored door I can get but man, I am always looking for it at night. Bugging my wife " Have you seen the Reo?" lol. Maybe the white base this time!!

@Nerak. Good suggestion on the spring. I had one of my Reo short out and sent to Robert to fix and also picked up a few spare springs at that time. Since it was fixed no issues of course

I've been thinking of getting a nekkid one and dipping it. Not sure it'd be durable enough though. Is the paint baked on? It sure is tough I thought maybe they were powder coated.
