Northern NJ native , Coastal NC now.
I wouldn't go near anything made by eleaf myself , i would go for the Innokin Coolfire IV for $29.00 at MFS right now , even Phil Busardo said Innokin's quality is vastly superior to anything by Eleaf after trying both mods.

Innokin also will take care of you if you have an issue , Eleaf definitely will not and has refused countless warranty claims.

Cool fire 4 is an excellent way to go. I love mine. Very solid and reliable. I already have another one put up for a Christmas gift. IMG_20150917_200200.jpg

Stuff's not that cheap where I live but I ended up ordering a Kanger subtank mini & an istick 30 W. The Kanger looks interesting with being able to rebuild it. I YouTubed it & it looks not too difficult. At the very least, I can try my hand at rewicking. Still lots to learn. Thanks everyone.

After you rebuild va few times you may come to love it. I did. There is this range of resistance that offers the best flavor in my opinion, and you find the proper amount of cotton to use in the coil that gives better flavor and airflow. NO WAY am I going back to premade coils because I can get a consistent vape now.

My first foray into rebuilding was rewicking the horizontal OCC heads for the Kanger Subtank and rebuilding the coil when I had to.

If you want to try that route Rip Trippers of YouTube makes the process stupid simple then progress to the RBA later.
