Hi fellow vapers!

I'm looking to upgrade from a socialite's vortex.
Ive recently been researching RTA rda and RTDA
My lifestyle suits an rdta right now and I'm looking at various tanks with 3 posts but I'm still concerned about what box mod to go for.
Would anyone reccomwnd the IJOY RDTA to start with.
My budget is tight for this at around £100 for a set up but I want something I don't have to upgrade again for a while so 3 post would suit?

Does it matter what box mod I switch up with the RDTA?

Also any whole set up ideas would be massively appreciated

Thanks. 13ond

Hi djsvapour, my issue right now is I'm not actually sure on that. How do I reach that conclusion?
Well, there's clouds and clouds. Mostly with the right atomizer, 75 watts is enough but in truth if you're after something special ( for fun, demonstration etc.) then you'll be wanting a 2 or 3 x 18650 mod and 100+ at your disposal.

The Vortex seems to have 0.5ohm coils. That makes it up to 35 watts with a healthy, fresh charged battery. Double that to 70w is out of my knowledge area. I'll use an RDA for that. Eleaf do a variety of tanks and coils for <60w vaping (think iJust2) but I don't believe they are good for 80 or 100 as they seem to claim. I like Eleaf as you can order coils from China for about £1.20 each. I use the 0.3/0.5, but not over 50-60w.

Depends what products - mods or tanks etc. The only mods I like (use) from Eleaf are the Pico 75w & Pico Squeeze. I consider my iSticks spares or give-away.
Mostly for power I use either Fuchai 213 or Smoant Battlestar.
Smok is a different sort of approach to vaping. They made shoddy & unreliable junk for too long, couldn't compete so started an arms race. I personally wouldn't spend my money on them unless I was prepared to accept they still are off the pace for reliability. There are far too many broken mods out there. Then again, I saw plenty of broken Evic VTCs in rubbish bins at Vapefest 2015. The mini VTC was so much better.

Like if I'm honest I'm a massive toker ;)
I need something that keeps me entertained is smoke wise. It has the hits to enjoy too.
My rig has to be a nice looker not to show off but also not to look a shabby cheap thing. I need a very good all rounder as I begin my life into coil making and building.

Still a little concerned about not understanding everything and shorting out but I think I have the basics covered.
I don't wanna get into it buying all the stuff and be pushed back to a death pen due to lack of knowledge
Oh my years of a elec apprenticeship haven't paid off
