I have this .gif, crying eagle
I tried and tried to upload it into a post, but won't work!
When I upload, it's a .gif in my computer, works fine, upload and it's a .jpg, doesn't work.
The photo is W 280px X H210px Res is 96dpi, 32 bit depth, 8 frames.
What's wrong here.
When I paste it in here from another post, it's a .jpg, 372X279px but wanted you to see it.
Any help would be great.
[edit] I tried uploading into my album, same problem

Piomode, I think I will find some more, the tinypic one looks fabulous! This one is meant to be large, I do believe. I did try to find the originator, but seems to be a lot of "originators"!! It's everywhere. Good work. I think then that the Forum has the wrong numbers listed for the .gif, because top or bottom end, you're supposed to be able to go up to 280dpi on the short side, so that's way off.
THANK you for all your help. You sure got it narrowed down, to ONE dpi, that's pretty good!
Rogue X2v2, I use Corel photo-paintv12, I do a lot of HI-res photo restoration, love it for that.
Tried Photo shop, drove me crazy, I like corel's interface, so much easier, logical to me.
I did try Paint shop Pro, but that one to me was a little un-sophisticated, went back to coreldraw graphics suite v12. I think I started with that after PhotoImpact ruined itself, it had an interface just about like Corel 6 I think, so kept going to the next upgrades. Little bit lacking on power and stability, but ok. Just have to remember to "save" occasionally, otherwise will crash and lose everything!
mjones, I love that cat! Someone has an avatar with at cat pulling TP off the roll, that's funny too!

My pleasure! It was an educated guess as most forums have a 150 pixel limit for avatars, and its possibly a default size for most forum pix. I think someone forgot to change a setting on vBulletin software.

P.S. Jakey looks like an awesome tabby

To Rogue X2v2: To resize the animated gif, I used the animation shop portion of Paint Shop Pro!

Personally, I think Paint Shop Pro is much easier to work with. Photo Impact is easier to deal with layers and objects. I can't use just one--it's both every time. Photoshop is more powerful than these two but not as efficient. I know what I want to do and how to get it done fast in PSP. I gave up on Corel a while back and now they own PSP. 8-o
